The best thing I read this week!

It’s so good because it means being brutally honest with yourself! Thanks Dickie!

Love the idea of using the 72-hour buffer as a deterrent. Enjoy Montenegro!

Great post. I like the idea of having a prompt/ requirement before decision making.

I need to work on this.

I love this Dickie.

I think being at our best to make decisions can be so hard.

I've got a few framework for making decisions, but they all get coloured by the type of mood I'm in.

This will be a great gatekeeper system that I'll have to pass thorugh first before using my other frameworks.

Added it to my Notion Knowledge hub, and set up a daily reminder to use it.

Interestingly enough, whenever my score is low I also have less and less energy to tackle any of those points. Resulting in my score becoming lower and lower.

Exactly what I needed to read this morning. More tired than normal with decisions to make. But time to fix my state first. Thanks Dickie.

Is there a "level" of decisions you use this on?

e.g. you don't use this on "what should I write today?" but you do use it on "should I start this new business venture?" etc.

What's the seriousness of the decisions you're making when using this scale?
